Cassiobury Park is Watford’s hidden gem. It’s located very close to the high street. The park is great location to walk, relax, run, fishing, cycling, day out, watch the canal and eye catching nature! It’s a largest public park in Watford comprising over 190 acres. It’s one of the top 10 parks in United Kingdom.
An Overview of the Park
There are two cafes i.e. Cha Café (9 am - 4 pm) and Daisy’s in the Park café (8 am – 6 pm). You can bring your eatables but barbeque is not allowed! Parking facility available near the park. Park contain wide variety of sports facilities, children play area, cafeteria, swimming pool, and river canal. The canal passes along the western side of the park. Canal and nearby water fall is so amazing. It’s calm and peaceful that you can feel the nature. Here you can feed the ducks! It’s a fun part! I must say! The nature is very beautiful, it’s so colorful! Leaves are of yellow, red, and purple in color. Plants are started to shed their leaves. Nature is getting ready to welcome the winter. Winter is coming SOON!
